Machine parts
custom 3D printed
Produce holders, housings, covers, fixtures and other functional polymer components. We assess the file, application, material and dimensions.

TECHNICAL PARTS ON DEMAND
Functional components for machinery and maintenance
FDM is suitable for components where function, availability, customisation and a short production chain matter more than high-volume production.
Holders and mounts
Customer-specific holders, mounting blocks, spacers, cable guides and fastening components.
Housings and covers
Technical enclosures, protective caps, shields and covers, optionally prepared for seals.
Fixtures and aids
Drilling templates, positioning tools, assembly fixtures and practical workshop aids.
Watertight seals for outdoor use and liquids
We can design or manufacture machine parts and housings with seal grooves and suitable seals. Mounting points, covers and couplings can therefore be sealed for outdoor use or applications in which the part must contain a liquid.
Feasibility depends on geometry, material, wall construction, surface quality, sealing material, assembly force and testing. State the medium, pressure, temperature and required tightness in your request.
Engineering review for the real application
Loads, environment, fits and service life determine whether a printed machine part will work. We discuss these conditions before production.
Technical considerations
- • Force, stiffness and load direction.
- • Temperature, moisture and chemicals.
- • Required watertight or liquid-tight sealing.
- • Fits, tolerances and fastening.
- • Wear and desired service life.
Possible output
- • Functional prototype for validation.
- • One-off replacement part.
- • Customer-specific production aid.
- • Repeatable small series.
Useful input
Send a 3D file or drawing plus application, dimensions, loads, environment, quantity and any sealing requirements.
Frequently asked questions
Which machine parts can be made with FDM?
Examples include holders, covers, housings, guides, knobs, fixtures and replacement parts. Suitability depends on loads and environment.
Can you reproduce an existing machine part?
Often yes, using an existing 3D model, drawing, sample or measured dimensions. We first assess function, tolerances and material.
Which material is suitable for a machine part?
That depends on forces, temperature, moisture, chemicals, wear and required sealing. Options include PETG, ASA, ABS, TPU and reinforced nylon.
